Why are my D value Annotations displaying different numbers than my Dx, Dy, Dz values?

Qualify displays two different readings in the annotations. Here's how to read the results

The first result reading is the D value which represents where the deviation falls within the color spectrum.

The second result reading is the Dx, Dy, and Dz values which represent where the test model lies in space in relation to the reference model. This is how much the test model has actually moved.
