Why am I receiving Error 385 when trying to open a fls file in Studio?

The 385 error occurs when the wrong file importer is used with the intended Geomagic application.

 

To correct this, please check the following:

 

1) The current FLS importer installed is for the current application of Geomagic from File Import Converters.

2) The current Required Faro LS Files have been downloaded from the File Import Converters.
