Why is the Auto button grayed out in the "Laser Scanner Control" settings in the Faro Plugin?

If "Automatic" is selected for the Advanced Settings Algorithms, the Auto button is not available. The Auto button is not highlighted (available for selection) unless Fixed Exposure is selected for the Algorithm
