How do I request a license file when my computer with Geomagic installed is not connected to the internet?

For computers that are not connected to the internet, customers can request geowatch.dat license files online from the Product Licensing page or email the Geomagic Operations Dept. at ops@geomagic.com.

 

If the license has not been generated yet, please provide the hostID in the email. What is a Host ID and how do I find it?.
