Why did my mouse stop working in the 3D viewing area of the application?

If your mouse becomes unresponsive in the 3D area (but will zoom in and out only), the theme may have been changed. (This article does not apply to instances where the application freezes.) To correct the issue:


1) Navigate to Application Button>Options>General>Themes. Click on View next to Mouse.



2) Select one of the mouse commands and delete the text. Then, re-apply the text (by pressing the appropriate keys).



3) Click Save. Save the theme as a different name (in this example, the new theme was named new). Select the new theme in the mouse drop down list and click OK. The mouse should be behaving appropriately.
