When I click on any menu title, a blank drop-down appears. How can I fix this?


The issue may be that the user does not have Windows permissions to the Themes folder. The user should have permissions to:


C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Geomagic\Geomagic Product*


*Product may be either Studio or Qualify
