How do I fix the error "The procedure entry point could not be located in the dynamic link library SpaBase.dll" when importing a model with the CAD Importer?

This error occurs when another program using ACIS is competing with Geomagic's CAD Importer. ACIS is a 3D modeling kernel that Geomagic and many other CAD companies license.

Cimstation Inspection Software is one such software that uses ACIS. To fix the error with the CAD Importer, Cimstation needs to be uninstalled and removed from the computer.
