How does Curvature Priority work in the Relax Polygons command?

Curvature Priority is a slider bar available in Polygons>Smooth>Relax Polygons.

The Curvature Priority specifies the degree to which existing mesh curvature weakens the relaxation process in order to maintain that curvature. It is recommend to select the Display Curvature Sensitivity check box when changing the Curvature Priority. This will give the user a visual indication which areas will be affected during relaxation.
